Brandon is always thorough, informative and helpful. He also loves his employer which speaks volumes to me about the company. He was raving about your new showroom coming in April and is proud to be part of your family.

Upon arrival homeowner informed me that he replaced batteries in thermostat and popped 3 amp fuse. Found on thermostat that it was falling off wall and two wires were touching. Restripped wires and remounted thermostat. Replaced fuse and everything turned on normally. Waived fee for low voltage wiring because homeowner decided to go with club membership. We will follow back up to do complete maintenance on both sytems.

Upon arrival found that thermostat was completely blank on the screen. Found 3 amp fuse popped in furnace. Reset fuse and everything turned on normally. Went through all low voltage wiring from thermostat to furnace from furnace to condenser and could not find anything shorted and or grounded out. Noticed where linsets through stem wall was not sealed from rodents. Showed homeowner and he is going to repair it himself. I showed him how to reset 3 amp fuse. I also told him if it happens again he is going to be charged for the diagnostic and or exploration fees! Since we did not install them ho would call the company that did!

Everything operating properly as of now. Will follow back up to do complete maintenance!

Fireplace and furnace maintenance 1st visit of 3 on service club memberships. Fireplace-Verify operation, remove glass and clean inside and out with non amoiniated glass cleaner, remove logset and vacuum up old ember bed, remove liner, remove burner and inspect for abnormal wear or corrosion, check and polish thermocouple and thermopile, clean pilot hood and spark ignition assembly, remove pilot orfice and inspect for obstruction, check burner orfice for obstructions, wipe down/ vacuum interior and below unit, check thermopile readings 730/350mV, check gas connections, check flu connections, reinstall all items and verify operation of burner and fan before leaving. Suggestions: To use the fan in the fireplace for a much more efficient heat source. The wallswitch on the right hand side should be left in the up position if wanting to use the fan. The fan will cycle itself on and off according to how hot the actual fireplace is. This nearly doubles the efficiency of the unit!! We can
